Location
Casa Rondini is located just outside the ancient hilltop town of Mogliano, in the province of Macerata in the unspoiled region of Le Marche. It is approximately half an hour drive from the beaches of the Adriatic, and about 40 minutes drive from the Sibilini Mountains.

The nearest airport is Ancona which is about 1 hours drive, currently served by Ryanair out of Stansted and Easyjet out of Gatwick. If you are driving, its almost exactly 1000 miles from Calais.
Car Rental
The easiest way of getting around is by car so we recommend renting a car to pick up from Ancona. Most of the well known car rental companies can be found at Ancona.
This can be booked through the rental websites of each company or directly with the airline when you book your flights.

Mogliano has several shops, restaurants, bars, small supermarkets, butchers, bakers and a wonderful gelateria. There are also two banks and 13 churches.

On Tuesday mornings there is a local market in the town that sells fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, meats, clothing and shoes. On Saturday evenings the gastronomia catering trailers sell the local delicacies of porchetta, polenta, olive d'ascoli and spit roasted chickens.
